The session so nice, we did it twice!
I first met Saffron when I photographed her older sisters wedding last year, and I was super pumped when she booked me for her upcoming wedding with her fiance and sweetheart Mishael. It's coming up really fast and it's going to be so so amazing! These guys are truly adorable together, and I think it's a union that's meant to be.
A road closure stopped us from shooting in the snow the first time around, so we improvised and found some cool spots to explore for our session. The Rakaia Gorge supplied a great backup setting, and they were brave enough to jump a couple of rocks so they could get onto a boulder that was out in the water.
We made our way up to Porters Ski field a couple of weeks later so we could get some pics in the snow, and this time we had success! I haven't really explored that neck of the woods much, but I can tell you I'll be heading back at some stage with my camera as it's gorgeous!
